Well, it is official...... my "non-contested" divorce that was begun in April and should have been final by July is STILL not final and there continue to be delays that I cannot control. Bass and I have cancelled our planned wedding date of October 13th and will not reschedule until I have the final papers in my hand. I am very sad about this. Silly I know but when Bass allowed me to choose the date, marrying this man who is such a gift to me on my birthday was very important to me. In my heart of hearts I am already his and I know a minor delay is no big deal when we will have the rest of our lives together but this year will be a sad birthday for me :-(
Bass and I remain totally committed to each other and he has been amazing through all of this.... very supportive and understanding. I LOVE this man :-)
